I made an outrageously big, two-layer, cake for Mike's birthday on Sunday. He doesn't even like cake that much so I really made it because I really wanted to make a cake. I got cake pans from Larissa in December that I hadn't yet christened and wanted a great excuse to buy a frosting spatula, so there you have it. In fact, we gave pretty much all of it away to Photoplay and LMCC.
